The Stains of Covigne is a Quest in Villagers & Heroes.

I must continue helping Domo so he will tell me more of Covigne and his treasure. I already know that he was one of Mallok's henchmen. He stole a large amount of treasure from Malllok and fled in a boat with it.

Objectives

  • Create one vial of Zorian Verdant Ink. I can do this by collecting Miasmite Toxin Samples from Swamp Miasmites in the Zorian Marshlands.
  • Create one vial of Zorian Sunset Ink. I can do this by collecting Fungasite Toxin Samples from Marsh Fungasites in the Zorian Marshlands.
  • Create one vial of Zorian Heliotrope Ink. I can do this by collecting Spider Toxin Samples from Swamp Crawlers in the Zorian Marshlands.
  • Return the three inks to Domo in the Zorian Marshlands.

Rewards

  • 68 silver
  • 2,34m XP
  • Uncommon Priest Scepter (different depending on the played class)

Dialogue

Domo: "Have you the inks for me?"

You "Yep! So please continue."

Domo: "Where were we... Theobald and Slarissa? So Mallok sent Theobald and Slarissa to hunt down the traitorous thief, Covigne, in the Lich sea captain's ghostly ship, The Scaldrum. They cornered Covigne in the Crux and extracted a terrible vengeance upon him. He died in much agony, but would never reveal where he had hidden the stolen treasure."
