Staging Chambers is a zone in Villagers & Heroes.
Well stocked with supplies to be sent out to the battalions of gargoyles marching the land, this vast warehouse is also home to the Ministers of Transportation, a pair of evil creatures who are forever concocting new schemes in which to expand the Stone Lord's empire.
