Location
- At first he stands in the theater in Summer's Hollow.
- Later he disappears there and pops up in Dagmar Strand, standing at the Negrescu Vineyards. He's the mayor's son.
- He needs to be visited during the A Theater Affair and the Confronting The Malicious Miscreant quest.
