Fishing is a skill in Villagers & Heroes. The relaxing way to spend your day would be fishing. Sit back and enjoy some sun as you fish your way through the ranks of fishermen. A skilled fisherman can catch all sorts of rare and exotic fish to be used for their fillets or for their oils. == Gather Locations == Experts in Fishing can gather from a very large variety of locations, or nodes. Click on a gathering node to use your Fishing Skill and a Fishing Rod to harvest the material it contains. If your Fishing level is equal to or greater than the level of the node, you will always succeed at harvesting something. If your Fishing level is lower, then there is a chance that you will fail to harvest anything. The further below the level of the node you are, the less likely you are to harvest anything. ===Fishing Spot=== Using a Fishing Spot will catch fish up to two levels below and two levels above the level of the Fishing Spot, with the exception of the Dagmar Strand, Summer's Hollow, and Marigold Harbor Fishing Spots, which only have fish of the same level. Safe places to gather for those who don't like combat: *Ethos Island zones and Ardent Hub (Cronk Island and Ardent City): gatherable nodes for all levels 1-10. *Lake Kiwa: gatherable nodes for all levels 10-29. *Forever Tree: gatherable nodes for all levels 30-39. *The Thriving Isles: gatherable nodes for all levels 40-59. *The Stone Gardens: gatherable nodes for all levels 60-74. {| class="wikitable mw-collapsible mw-collapsed" ! scope="col" | Level ! scope="col" | Location |- |1 || Ardent City, Dagmar Strand |- |2 || Ardent City, Dagmar Strand |- |3 ||
