Blight Vendor Pets can be purchased in-game for either Shadenor Medallions, Quietus Medallions, Cinder Medallions or Bloodstone Medallions. They come at a very high price and only become available to buy once you have a very high reputation with each specific faction (Shade, Death, Ash, Blood). They can be bought on the different Blight Islands: Shadenor, Quietus, Cinder Strand and Bloodstone.
