Events at Harpie's Point is a Quest in Villagers & Heroes.
Danforth told me that Carwen bought a book written by none other than Tarquin! The book was about dark magic and had lots of recipes for evil spells. After buying it, Carwen shot off like an arrow for the infested farmstead.
Prerequisite
NPC
- Danforth E4 in Dagmar Strand.
Objectives
- Talk to Hubert near the infested farmstead on Harpie's Point in Dagmar Strand.
- Find out what is in the infested shack at Harpie's Point in Dagmar Strand.
- There seems to be a tunnel in the barn, I should investigate.
- This room reeks of evil-doing. I should search around for any sort of evidence.
- Now that I know what is in the barn, I should return to Hubert in Dagmar Strand.

- Uncommon Shaman Boots (different depending on the played class)
Walkthrough
- Hubert stands at the infested Farm at D6, talk to him to find out more about Carwen.
- He tells you that she went into the infested farm, so go check it out.
- When entering the hidden antichamber, an apparition appears and dissappears.
- On the right side of the little altar you can find a Discarded Peg Leg, take it with you and give it to Hubert.
- This ends the quest but keep talking to him to find out all about Carwen and to get the follow up quest: Understanding the Understudy.
Dialogue
Talking to Hubert[ | ]
Hubert: "Folks can be mean sometimes! 'Clip-clop' they would say. I told everyone it wasn't nice at all! Whatever became of Dumpy Donalda, do you suppose?"
You "Dumpy who? Whatever, did you see Carwen here recently?"
Hubert: "Oh, my, yes. She was giggling, feverish-like. It was scary. She murmured to herself: 'I'll show them! This town won't know what hit 'em!' Then she scuttled straight on into that nasty old shack."
You "What's inside of the shack?"
Hubert: "Don't know. It's infested with giant spiders, so I never go in there."
You "Well, I need to find out, and learn what Carwen was up to!"
Hubert: "If you want to risk the spiders, I won't stop you!"
You "I'll risk them. Thanks, Hubert."
Hubert: "Just be careful in there!"

Hubert: "Folks can be mean sometimes! Did you find anything in the old barn?"
You "I did. There's a secret room filled with strange candles and vials."
Hubert: "Could they belong to Carwen? Or maybe the previous owner?"
You lost 1x Discarded Peg Leg. Gained 2940 experience!
You "I also found this wooden leg."
Hubert: "That looks like Dumpy Donalda's! Did someone steal it from her? How terrible people can be!" You "Dumpy who?"
Hubert: "Oh! I forgot to tell you that I saw Carwen just now while you were in the shack!"
(!)You "You did? Where is she?"
Hubert: "Bedden Orchard. That's where she rehearses. And now with Clementine being gone, looks like the big part in the play is finally Carwen's."
