Walkthrough
- I need to make a Marksman Nimble Bow (previously known as a Deadeye's Steady Bow), which is a level 11 crafted bow.
- Bring it back to Elias to receive a reward.
- Then talk to Engeram to get the next quest: A Grieving Brother.
